About you –
You are an administrative pro who doesn’t want to be a secretary. You have top notch Microsoft Office skills. You love organizing paper and projects. You are tenacious when it comes to follow through and details rarely slip through your grasp. You enjoy filling out forms thoroughly and accurately. You know how to juggle the calendar and handle meeting logistics. Amazingly, you also love serving customers and people often comment on your warm and professional phone presence. You have a ton of energy and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities -
Prepare insurance & investment applications, and monitor to a successful outcome
Assist in the preparation and implementation of financial plans
Responsible for compliant client record keeping
Manage the calendar and all client appointments
Work closely with clients to address all service needs with professionalism and finesse
Manage systems such as: DCA, withdrawals, distributions, cost basis, and RMDs
Provide marketing support

Skills –
Strong computer proficiency
Above average knowledge of Microsoft® Office Suite
Knowledge of Redtail Technology a plus
Strong work ethic, team player, and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Willingness to constantly learn in an ever-changing industry
