<p>Mr. Tipple’s is a Craft Cocktail Bar that offers live Jazz every night.</p>
<p>Seeking a Manager to oversee nightly service, with expectations to get involved with all aspects of operations.</p>
<p>Manager duties:</p>
<ul>
<li>Schedule, Payroll, and Revenue Share for the Tip Pool.</li>
<li>Direct evening service, manage floor staff.</li>
<li>Direct service for large events/buy-outs, as well as off sites.</li>
<li>Band sound check and mixing.</li>
<li>Growth to include music booking and scouting</li>
</ul>
<p>Small company, tight knit team. Delicious cocktails with lively music. Fabulous guests and you get to work with talented local musicians every night. Mr. Tipple’s delivers a high level of quality and service, while set in casual and fun environment. Mr. Tipple’s is open Mon-Thu 5p ‘til 12m, and 1am Fri & Sat. </p>
<p>Min 2yrs experience in reputable restaurant or bar.</p>
<p>We’re a craft cocktail focus bar; a working knowledge of the classics is expected. (This is a floor position, not bartender / bar manager)</p>
<p>Live jazz every night, a passion for music is assumed.</p>
<p>Sound/music experience a plus but not required.</p> </div>
